The founders of symphonic rock in the Netherlands Plackband is back!
And also in the original line-up from the 1970s.
Inspired by their great examples Genesis and Yes, they were given the nickname Haagse Genesis.
After successful years, the band broke up in 1985.
After 15 years the first reunion took place and performances followed in England, Italy, Belgium and the Netherlands.
The reunion came to an end in 2008 with the releases of the albums The Lost Tapes and After the Battle and the DVD/CD Visions recorded in the Boerderij.
A number of band members continued under the name PBII.
But Plackband gained a kind of cult status among diehard prog fans.
In 2017, during the 40th anniversary of Plackband and PBII, the itch started again...
and now they're back!
With classics from The Lost Tapes and more. So take this chance to see them shine one last time under The Hunchback's famous light curtain.
